Any damage to the venue premises caused by the exhibitor will be the sole responsibility of the exhibitor, who will bear all costs for the damage.

The Organiser’s decision shall be final and binding in the event of any disputes.

• Any dispute between the organisers and the participant is subject to jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai city only.

All exhibitors and shoppers are responsible for their belongings

Futuristic Expo will promote the exhibition with the necessary publicity and marketing as the organisers deem appropriate. The organisers do not guarantee attendance or sales at the exhibition.

Once a booking is confirmed, cancellation is accepted only up to 60 days before the exhibition. In this case, the amount received will be adjusted toward a future exhibition. For cancellations within 60 days of the exhibition, the entire payment received will be forfeited.

We do not restrict the number of participants in any product category. Stall placements may vary from the time of booking to the day of the exhibition. The organisers are not obligated to inform any exhibitor of such changes in advance.

Exhibition date and layout is subject to change without prior notice.

Stall charges cover only the allocated space and certain complimentary items. Any additional materials are subject to availability and provided at an additional rental fee.

Stalls are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your stall space will be confirmed only after receiving 100% of the payment.
